Chris Canning is owner of Burkewood Road, a home goods and lifestyle brand featuring home decor, serving pieces, table top linens, jewelry, select apparel and more. Merchandise is sold online and at traveling trunk and gift shows. Burkewood Road’s goal is to bring a pleasing store-front aesthetic and shopping experience to the pop-up market setting. The brand is curated with care, showcasing crisp, classic design with an updated, modern sensibility.
Chris is a second career entrepreneur who has had a lifelong passion for design and home decor. She enjoys creating aesthetically pleasing spaces whether decorating a room, planning a party or setting a pretty table. Chris brings this same energy and enthusiasm to developing her brand.
Chris resides in Westchester County, NY with her husband. She is also the proud mom of two grown daughters.
